This office does not try to earn your business. I loved Dr. Dowlen when he was still practicing. I was disappointed when I heard he was no longer seeing patients. I,regretfully, scheduled an appointment with the new dentist in this office. The afternoon before my first appointment the secretary calls and asks if she can reschedule my appointment because "something has come up". No big deal. I had only taken a vacation day from work in order to go to this appointment. Understandably, stuff comes up. So, I rescheduled for the following Friday. Today, as a matter of fact. My appointment was at 1 pm ( the last appointment of the day). I get a phone call this morning. They have had two cancellations and want me to come in at 11 instead. When I tell the secretary I am working and don't get off work until noon and cannot be at her office until 12:30 pm she puts me on hold. When she comes back on the phone she asks me to reschedule, AGAIN! Obviously, this dentist must have an early tee time or needs to get a jump start on his weekend. Why wait for your patients who have appointments scheduled? If you do not need or want my business I will take it elsewhere!! It's a shame Dr. Dowlen does not work there anymore. He always worked with me on anything I needed or problems I had. I followed him from Nicholasville to Harrodsburg and was willing to drive that far from Danville because he was good. This new guy is not worth my time.
