The service is always poor. Lately it has gotten so bad that even though McDonald's has always been my favorite fast food place I will be taking my business to Burger King. I worked in the food service industry for many years and know a 10 to 15 minutes drive thru wait is completely unacceptable. Also twice in two visits a week apart the shake machine was not working. Corporate office really needs to look into this problem.
