new management has tenants feeling like they have no say in the way that they live here.Manager has a new news letter ever so offten adding rules and threats that if not followed you will be fined or evected.frm hanging a shelf on the wall is there property to you must repair your vehicle if the exhaust is to loud YOU WILL BE FINED OR EVECTED.AND the new rules go on and on.Manager is a x-sheriff or something and thinks he can rule the park with a iron fist and talks down to tenants and as far as repairs you have to wait tell they can get around to it.because they are to busy working on units that people have moved out of instead of taking care of current residents needs.if you like being bullyed and threated and policed by someone who is power hungry this is the place for you.this used to be a nice place to live.NOT ANYMORE
