Run away and hide..
The place is a disease waiting to happen... Rodents are a year round problem because of all the trash and leaky garbage.
Got sick for a sewage leak that was left unattended to for 2 whole months after c9mplauning and solution was to open the door and allow the sewage smell to permeatehallways and apartments.
Pix are of the outbreak and not to mention HFMD tgat I caught from the sewage.

I found that the Property management , especially the maintenance supervisor, was very rude, could care less that they were making a tenant in our building wait nearly one week for a bed bug treatment. Bed bugs can spread very easily, with more than 300 eggs from one female bed bug. The maintenance supervisor played it off like it was nothing, forcing people to live another week with bed bugs. This place is AWFUL. avoid renting from Carriage Place Apartments LLC located in Hartford. Very sad matter, they also have a serious Rat problem around our trash dumpster, tenants report seeing them all the time in the evening, often crossing over your feet when getting in and out of a car.
