Provided by YPmobileI called this place twice looking for a part and both times I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then they hung up the phone. I personally took the drive there for a $12 dollar part which they had in stock and they wait was ridiculously long. I figured it was Saturday so what the heck, they must be hungover or something. After buying my part I was looking at the newer Victory motorcycles since I have been considering trading in my victory for a bigger one but I guess man of my ethnicity needs to wear a suit in order to be taken seriously from their salesman. I say this because there were a caucasian couple who looked like they just stepped off a john Deere tractor and they where rapidly approached by a salesman.

Provided by YP.comWas a great experience! I've never bought a bike from a dealer before, but NECC made everything super smooth. Brandon knows his stuff! Will definitely be sending friends/family his way, he worked hard to get me a great financing quote! A+

Provided by YP.comJust picked up my GSX-R from the service department at New England Cycle Center, I brought it in to get my clutch serviced, breaks done, and a wiring issue fixed. They treated my bike like it was their own, everything looks like like it was done with care. All my fluids were topped off as well! The bike feels great now, can't wait to ride it more in the spring! Also picked up some new gloves and a jacket, the parts guys were really cool and helpful.

Provided by YPmobileI brought my bike to the shop here after my neighbor hit it with his car. From the beginning they pretty much told me the work was going to be bad because it was an insurance job and they weren't being paid the hours they wanted. The work was definitely nothing short of bad. They did not add enough oil after changing a stator cover and the clutch blew shorty after the bike was "repaired." Every other aspect of their work was lazy. The seat was not secured properly, the rear fairing was not clipped on at all and is very loose. The fairings are not the same color and those are in fact loose as well. The bike in total is much worse than when I even brought it there. I recon staying far away from this shop.

Provided by YP.comI've purchased 2 bikes in the past year from New England Cycle Center and it was a great experience both times. The employees know there stuff and they give me discounts on parts and gear. Highly recommend!

Provided by YP.comI wish I had something constructive to say about this place but unfortunately my experience was as bad as it gets.
I dropped my bike off (a Suzuki GSXR 1000) for a chain and sprocket replacement as well as a safety check. No big deal right? Wrong! The bike sat in the shop for 4 days BEFORE even getting looked at. They then said that it would be a few more days while they ordered the chain kit plus another two hours for installation. After 3 more days I called again for a status update (they never called back when they said they would...ever), they said the guy working on it had hurt his back and wasn't coming back for the day (yet they didn't tell me). Of course he was the only one who could work on it (coming from a shop that deals Suzuki's). I mean seriously, it's summer and you only have a few mechanics available? Throughout the course of the next few days I placed no less than 10 calls to check in almost every day for a status update on the bike. The story remained the same. "We're really busy but I'll see what I can do to get you back on the road. I'll call you back in a little while with an update."
Finally, after 20 days I received the bike back with all the work done. Ended up paying for almost 3 hours of labor (with the safety check). Talking to the service reps seemed great at first but their inability to keep me in the loop about what was going on is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this place and recommend that you avoid it if at all possible.

Provided by YP.comI'm not sure what Butterfly01 is talking about. I'm a woman and both times I've brought my bike in I've had great service. They extremely knowledgeable in helping me make the right decision for me. I didn't even buy my bike there! My cycle center went out of business, then I went to Adams in Oakville. Now the service there is horrendous. They had my bike for a month and kept lying to me and pushing me off and not working on my bike. Rude after you made an appointment and they couldn't commit. And I waited 2 wks before that to get it in. Still did not fix it and that's when I brought it to NE Cycle. I will go there again in a heart beat !!!
