DO NOT GO THERE...

We bought my granddaughter a car from there, and within a week of purchase we had to put money in for repairs. That wasn't the end of it. Its been 4 months in since the car was bought and over 3 thousand dollars worth of repairs has already been spent. That includes the whole transmission having to be replaced. Not to mention the value of the car was 3 thousand dollars when purchased. On top of all that, the car has been toed THREE times!!! Talk about reliability! My daughter was just looking for a nice safe reliable vehicle so her daughter can get to school and work as needed. The sales person at the shop knew that. I alone wouldn't have been able to afford all the hassle. Luckily within the family, we all pitched in to help with the finances but other people might not be as fortunate . The car was sold with a bad transmission, they made it so that it cannot be detected to be able to sell the car. Route 44, is not right... They should not be in business much less take
advantage of people.

ZERO freaking stars !!!

Not only did we get ONE car but TWO cars from these people and they both had MANY issues. The first car started messing up within a month or two and they agreed to trade us another one. We accepted because I was pregnant at the time and we needed a vehicle. Not long after getting this second car, they "supposedly" put in a new alternator because yet again, it was messing up! Every freaking month there was a new issue with this car. We've had to park it for weeks at a time. Putting money into it for new brakes, constant oil changes, etc. But this is where i draw the freaking line, My daughter, husband and I were driving home from the store and all of a sudden the car radio shuts off, the gauges start to go crazy and the car starts driving ON IT'S OWN!!!! Like WHAT THE FREAK???? We could have gotten into a serious accident or killed. The thought of my baby being hurt just really pushed me to my breaking point and I'm over it, they will be hearing from me tomorrow morning.

I drove into this place stressed with car issues and a tight budget. Luckily I immediately found relief at Route 44 auto sales & repairs. I was fortunate to in a few hours of my car breaking down able to drive off with a newer better car for a low price. Fully aware I was buying the car as is they stood true to their word & made necessary minor repairs. Eliana is the owner/front desk person who is friendly, professional and understanding, Neo is a unique and knowledgeable mechanic, Richie is polite and also a knowledgeable technician. The team really helped me through my tough time. I have no complaints and highly recommend this place to everyone....
