If you have a point-of-service plan or out-of-network benefits, we will submit the bill. If an attorney is representing your interests, it is our policy to extend the courtesy of credit upon receipt of a protection letter from your attorney. Your attorney must provide a letter of protection to secure any uncovered service. The Connecticut Workers Compensation system allows for employers and carriers to contract with physicians.
