Absolutely horrible. They violate your rights, and only seem to care about themselves. I had been working through this agency for years. I had a very good relationship with my recruiter. Eventually, he left. I was turned over to a new recruiter. The new recruiter obviously only cares about himself. He has no concern for him employees, offers minimum wage jobs that should be paying at least 12 an hour, and finally doesn't follow the ADA guidelines.





Nightmare.

Don't waste your time with this place. The front receptionists are really nice and helpful but some of there agents who are assisting you with finding a job aren't. Made several attempts to communicate with the person assigned to me. Her name was Yuitza Ramos I believe. Always called to check on the job search status and she never picked up any of my phone calls. I would leave about 2-3 a week and she never returned my calls not even once. Til this day I have not heard back from this agency or lady. Very disappointed specially after they make you fill out such a long application packet

Don't even bother. I received a referral from a buddy to inquire about a position in Farmington. I met with the recruiter who was blown away by my resume and responded with guaranteeing me results after the holiday season was up...only to discover I received no word back....because he had apparently quit over his vacation period. A second man took me in who seemingly had very little interest in what I had to say or present. He said the original position I had sought out for was next to impossible to obtain and barely offered me something menial to replace it with. Next thing you know I try following up with communication with he and others and in turn they opted to pretend I no longer existed. Very unsatisfying and unprofessional. Regardless if I lived in Litchfield County or next to the XL Center.

I was contacted by Stewart Staffing after posting my resume on Career Builder. The agency walked me through all of the forms that I had to complete before being placed on assignment, and answered any questions that I had. I began interviewing, and was placed on assignment with an amazing company, who I am now working for permanently! All through my experience with Stewart Staffing my agent was there to assist me with any concerns that I had. I have been treated like a family member with this agency, rather than just like any other temp. I highly recommend that anyone searching for a position contact Stewart Staffing before trying any other agency.
