Hi, we rented from your place, and we were charged for a missing dolly we never received in our truck that you denied us to check to see if it was there. And then you charged us in gas that we filled the tank up where it was written in the contract. Guess what I am going to the media with you guys. You over charged us 257 dollars. You need to work on your customer service and quit over booking people and equipment!! Your service is extremely incompetent and we forced to use it. We would have rather gone to Budget Rentals, but they were not available, because guess what? They don't tend to overbook customers. So I suggest you retrain or fire all your employees and change how your company does things. I suggest that people do not use this place! Rip off!!
