Ups Locust st is bybfar one of the worst ups services. Those front counter workers are no good. Never know what they are doing. And they Managers are garbage too. They dobt work professionally. Using ups cards to buy food for themselves and for their lovers and what not They all abuse their authority.its no good workers like the them reason why amazon is taking over. I see ya shut down UPS will no longer exsit in the future thanks to those slacking workers who dont know how to even be professional i bet if they open an investigations on their workers they will find out why UPS is losing so much money..

Really really bad. The ups customer service rep wrote address wrong and it is and continues to be a NIGHTMARE. What's even worse there is no... THERE IS NO. way to CALL THEM! Abnormal business practice. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE UPS AS LONG AS I LIVE... EVER EVERY NEVER

Don't try to reach them by phone. Their system for dealing with customers by phone is nonexistant. How frustrating!
