1. 48 minutes not 15 minutes or less. I was the ONLY car being serviced.
2. Tech changing oil appeared not to have a clue. Asked other tech questions but didn't seem to get answers. He did walk around looking under car with flash light for long periods of time. He also didn't seem to care. And if he was new, why weren't the other 2 training or helping him.
3. The tech who checks air pressure. I heard a loud gush of air coming from front tire. I said "that' didn't sound good, he responded "I have it". Went to go to work this morning and tire was flatter than a pancake.
