Very few employees assisting customers.

Shopping center currently under construction. (roadwork)

They have lots of merchandise. The only problem is that no one can help you find what you need.

Believe it or not, most of their employees are good, but are stretched to thin. I remember having to hunt down an employee to call another employee down to the jewelry dept as I was trying to get something for my girlfriend. I waited there 10 minutes before they could find someone for that dept. It was ridiculous. When someone did arrive, she was great. They need more employees to assist customers.
