My family used their service for years without any complaints! I actually got their phone number from my mom. And now I am using them at my own place. Very professional, but the best thing I like about them - it is very convenient. They are very quick and can come weekends or holidays. Same day appointment any time. To tell you the truth - Yes, I did tried the big company for appliance repair
(don't tell my mom),Like Action Appliance and Sears but the service was to say the least nasty. The estimate was outrageous, and the tech was not even able to explain what was wrong. Needless to say I called Washer Wizzards and receved a Quick Response and Repair that was pleasent both to the wallet and service.

A+ Rating: My mother lives about 4 blocks away from Action Appliance when i called them early this morning because her washer was leaking everywhere thay wanted a outrages service call saying it was a emergency,gee thay had to drive by her place to get on the highways. So I stopped at her place but could not figure out why it was leaking. I called Washer Wizzards Service and was very happy to see you were available in less then a houre. The Owner I talked to sent a service man over right away. He was able to resolve our problem quickly and the total fee of $39.95 was great.
