Behavior

For the most part, this is a nice hometown bank. They do have a problem with nepotism, in that at times the Magr, his wife, daughter and son all worked there at the same time. That is too many people in the same family working around too much tempation. Most of the employees are nice, not all are personalble. On occassion when I insisted my name be spelled correctly I encountered resistance and attitude. On one occassion the Mgr actually screamed at me that he was tired of his employees 'bitiching' about me and told me to go elsewhere. He should take his own advice and take his light in the loafters with him.
