I am very happy with the service I get from this taxi. They are always able to work with me as far as scheduling my rides are concerned. The drivers for the most part are very nice. The fare prices are reasonable. I like that they have discounts for seniors and those who have disabilities. I would highly recommend them if you need a lift within the city of Hartford.

The children's Librarian staff are amazing.They are great people and I wish they ran the whole building.

That's the only positive thing I can say about this Library and my experiences there.

The staff at the main desk are rude and unhelpful.The incompetence at work here is astounding. My returned materials are repeatedly lost and I am charged for items I have returned in a timely manner- and called a liar to my face when I dispute their accusations.

The self check out is convenient but I prefer to be checked out by a person and not a robot-when I try to take my items to the main desk they shoo me away. I cannot even return items to the main desk to ensure they get properly scanned in so that I do not receive 'late' notices due to items not being properly checked in.They refuse to receive returned items and make me use the book drop which almost always fails to scan items back in properly because I constantly get notices for materials being late.

Mix ups once or twice is excusable but such incidents happen continually and never dealt with graciously with staff.

If it weren't for the kind people working in the children's section of the library, I would not even be able to give this place 2 stars.

The hours they are open are laughable, how can we expect our children to harbor a love for learning and knowledge when their local library hardly opens its doors for a short time every day.

The grand new building and fancy set up is a total waste when its run by rude, unfriendly staff. I hope to never step foot in there ever again.

We love his library! It's quiet, clean, has a huge selection, and the staff is always friendly. They also have a nice area just for adults upstairs. Would recommend to a friend
