Every time I have gone into this store, the service has been awesome. Their employees know a lot and if one person can't answer a question, they ask someone else who knows. I am moving out of the area and I will really miss shopping here.

Rented a bouncy house from here months in advance and was disappointed the day the party came that the one I wanted was not in. I received a "upgraded" version that turned out to be awuful. The children at my 8yr olds party could not even jump in it because they kept getting stuck in between the netting and the inflatable part. Needless to say the kids only found the slide inflatable to be fun and safe. Upon returning we were encouraged to add insurance to not be charged if there were holes or anything wrong with it. This would have been understandable had the inflatable not had duct tape all over it. :( I did call and voice my opinion only to be told someone would contact me. That didn't happen. So just wanted to make others aware or see if anyone else experienced this. This was ny first time ever having a bouncy house and am sad it worked out the way it did.
