I could not get consistent color results at this salon. Each appt. I would be very specific in what I wanted and since I guess the stylist do not record what color they have used, it may not be the same. And whatever products they use now do not holdup as well as Aveda.
Appt. times were overlapped causing color to be left on my hair almost 15 min. over, resulting in hair breakage. When these issues were brought to the owner she was very rude and dismissive. It is a shame because I was a customer for at least 7 years and really liked most of the staff.

I had a wonderful experience when I tried out this salon. I was very nervous because I usually drive all the way back to Livonia for my hair cuts, but I wanted to find something close to home. The staff was extremely friendly, the salon was very nice, and Tracy gave me the best hair cut I have ever had. I ended up cutting off over 9 inches and went for a drastic new look, and I was wowed by the end result.

I have gone to this salon several times. Each time was a totally different experience. The best experience I had was with Jacky, although she no longer works there.

They often double book clients. I was getting my hair dyed when the stylist started helping another client. This resulted in the color being left on for too long and I was not overly pleased with the result considering the price. I definitely won't be going back there, which is a shame because I had enjoyed it before.
