Fantastic service! Helped design custom engagement ring and couldn’t be happier. The sales staff is kind and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Trust me on this. I had taken my wife's ring in to be cleaned which they said they couldn't do until I had prongs repaired. The price of the repair got higher and higher as I stood in the store awaiting costs.. Days later I received a call telling me the diamond was cracked and I should call my insurance company to see if they would cover the cost for another diamond. Something did not sound right to me so I asked them to leave the ring alone and I would pick it up. When my wife picked the ring up it was in pieces. I took the ring to a Brighton Jeweler had it repaired and was told the diamond was NOT cracked. I am disabled and feel I was almost taken.
