bar is fast & friendly,
we have a group of 7 or 8 that meets their
frequently & the staff & food make you feel at home..

Nothing but good to say! The food was very good and plenty of it. The restaurant staff is excellent and attentive! Any bad remarks is the persons type that complain about anything- no justification. The restaurant and and staff are definitely great!

Worst Service EVER!!! The old lady that waited on us knew nothing about diabetes and expected me to order as soon as we sat down. Hello! It takes a minute before the juice can EVEN go down and do its work! Get an education! Even if my sugar wasn't low I need more than a minute to look at the menu but less than fifteen. Sad when she took all the other tables order before coming back to even see how we were doing! Not to mention! She didn't even take a drink order! I guess I can only drink juice for the whole meal after I had to down it so I wouldn't pass out! Worst! They should at least hire people with some sort of education!!!!!

We order carry out from here all the time, and eat in the restaurant as well. Food is great, portions are good size. We love the cheese dip and fresh made chips and salsa.

I just love to eat here, the food is great. They also make a wonderful top shelf margarita. I've never had bad service and also have a few waitress that I prefer to wait on me and my family. Janet one of the owners is always very friendly . We usually go there at least once a week.

I have never had any problems with this place. The food and service has always been great. I have also ordered carry-out with no problem.

love the food here! Staff has seemed to improve as well. I haven't seen the couple of semi-rude hostesses lately. Flaming cheese and quesadillas are the best

Very poor attitude about fixing issues by management



Had a carry out this evening - have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened. Asked for a jalapeno peppers to be included when picking up order. Waited 10 minutes. Brought our diced container they said were Jalapeno peppers. Told them these are normally provided sliced. Waited another ten minutes. Brought out another larger container they said were sliced jalapenos. Went home.



The alleged jalapenos were green peppers!!!!



Now, if you like Mexican food, this is not acceptable, especially when you have been patronizing a restaurant for years. Called the manager - she offered to provide a free portion of our order the next time we ordered there. I said, no, the dinner needs to have the jalapenos and I would like them to deliver them to our home (three miles from restaurant). She refused. Told her that we needed a better solution and that I live across the street from the owners. She told me that I would not get anything further and that I constantly call there complaining about my order and lie about the owners living across the street. I told her that we had NEVER complained about an order there before, whether dining in the restaurant or ordering carry out. She became more belligerent and abusive. We ordered two entrees and several sides for our family and were all disappointed that the order was not correct – in spite of my waiting there for twenty minutes to have it fixed!!



This is NOT ACCEPTABLE from a restaurant, especially one that has received hundreds of dollars of business over the years from my family of five!



We are EXTREMELY disappointed in their handling of this situation and will talk to the owners this weekend!



Do not patronize this restaurant, as they clearly do not have their management staff trained to resolve issues that they have caused!

Food and service were average. Very disappointed that for a table of 5 we were told there would be an additonal charge for a refill of chips ($2+) even though tables all around us holding 2 people each had the same amount of chips. We all thought it was a bad policy to charge for an additonal bowl of chips when there are more than 2 people at the table.

I visited the restaurant in Canton (Ford Rd and Sheldon) on 6/13/08 for my retirement party with my family. My son got his order wrong three times and ended up almost eating a toothpick that was in his taco. Then I wanted a refill on my coffee and the tables were very close together so I held my coffee cup out so the waitress could refill it, she over filled it and I got hot coffee spilled on my hand and fingers.

The manager came over, apologized and gave me some cream for my burns.

I think that was very poor management. I would have expected a percentage off on my bill for all the things that happened. Needless to say it was not a very happy retirement party for me.

I was so happy to see the Canton area restaurant open this out in our area ! We love fiesta !
