Although the burgers were small, overcooked, and overpriced, that is not the reason I will never go back to Endters. I will never go back there because of the unbelievable rudeness of the owner. I went to Endters on New Years Day with 3 of my friends. It was about 8:00pm, and it was clear when we walked in that the waitress wished we weren't there so she could have left. We overheard her loudly telling her coworker that she had a headache and wanted to leave. She treated us as such, barely waiting on us and instead texted on her cell phone and played the photo hunt game at the bar with a coworker (who turned out to be the owner). When I spoke to the owner about my concern regarding the service, he immediately became defensive and argumentative. He refused to accept any responsibility for the poor service or even to acknowledge that there was anything wrong. He told me that he was not sorry and did not care if me or my friends ever came back. Needless to say, we won't be back.
