Please do not make the mistake my family and I made! We rented flatware and napkins from Americ Equipment for my wedding. On the day of the event, we were not given the correct amount and requested more be delivered. The staff we spoke with... were rude and threatened a fee for having to make another delivery. The staff complained that they were closing soon, at 12:00, and asked if we could have someone meet them to take the items to Huntsville. A man from Americ's staff continued to call me (the Bride) about the situation; Although, they had been given a person of contact on our original agreement. Ten days later, I check my bank statement and notice a $77 charge on my account from Americ. Basically, it's our word against there's. They say they gave us the right amount to begin with, we say we didn't have enough. Not a whole lot I can do at this point but learn from the experience. I will NEVER use this company again. You get what you pay for and next time I will pay more and use another company. In addition, we used Mullin's Rentals out of Huntsville for our chairs and columns and they were fabulous! A very friendly and accommodating staff.
