i am giving the Hartselle, Alabama Lowes a 5 Star!!!The reason is that this Lowes is genuinely concerned and helpful to their customers. I just bought a gas water heater and had been through a lot before i bought from this store and had been without hot water for a week. I would like to commend Charlie and Stewart in the Plumbing department. They made my experience so much easier and they are so helpful. The follow up calls from Steward made you feel so special and that they are concerned and want to be helpful. Charlie got up everything I needed and he is so kind and also concerned that he does a good job to help his customers. Also, Steve Seibert the Plumber for Lowes is excellent. I go to this store all the time and I love everybody!!!They are always smiling and really act like they want to help you!!!That makes a big difference. I quit going to the Lowes in Decatur, Alabama and I live in Decatur, Alabama but they are not helpful!!!Good job Lowes Hartselle, Ala. Debbie Crowell

Any dealing with Lowe's @ the Hartselle,Al. store, has been 100% great, very helpful. I returned a item, I was asked if I had the receipt, I didn't have a receipt, instead of ,no", I was asked how did you pay for the purchase, I said with a check, all I had to do was go to my credit union & get a print out, stateing I had wrote a check to Lowes.Was a newby for me, most, if not al,l other stores, have never given me that option, a 1st for me. Lowes is a keeoer as far as I am concerned I am impressed with Lowes.I have shopped there many time's, & never had a bad experience,allway's good.
