Provided by YP.comEach and every time I have gone into this store they have not been able to help me. I went in last week to see about getting my contacts switched to my new device and the representative told me he would have to charge me to do it. I went on to explain I have been a Verizon wireless customer for almost 8 years and he went on to say that was not his problem, that they were privately owned and operated and he would have to charge me. I said are you kidding me, and with a smart grin he said sorry not my problem. If I wanted to I was welcome to go to the Decatur Verizon and they would maybe be able to help. I will never go into this location nor recommend it to anyone ever!
