This place is an absolute joke. While I sat in the room for over 45 minutes, (never to see a real Dr), I listened to the staff laugh and talk about everyone who came in that day. Went in the for the flu, they told me they didn’t have anymore flu tests, even though there was a brand new box of tests clearly labeled FLU. Do not go here. The most unprofessional staff I have ever been around.

Worst experience ever for a healthcare facility. The people are rude and unprofessional. I waited 45 minutes for my appt then when I got called I felt like they didn't care I was sick. The NP spent less then two minutes with me and said she couldn't find anything wrong. How could anyone find out in two minutes? She was uncaring and made me feel bad afterwards. I was emotionally upset and sat there while she told me nothing was wrong. I left and was just going to let it go, but luckily a family member told me to just go to the emergency room. The Dr there took time with me and found out what was wrong. I ended up needed surgery the next day. I can't imagine what else they are letting slip through their non-caring employees.

This is, without a doubt, the worst service and level of care I have ever received. The employees are surly and rude, and appointment times are a joke. Figure on waiting two hours to be seen, and then it will only be for 5 minutes before they rush you out off there. Avoid this place at all costs. I well be never back to that horrid place again.
