Sent me home, after not seeing a doctor, with a severe kidney infection!

On another visit ... failed to file my two insurance providers and sent me a bill for over $800!
I had to call my insurance to have them straighten it out!

CAROLINA PINES HARTSVILLE, S.C- THE WORST HOSPITAL! My great grandmother has been in the hospital since Wednesday and today is Monday which makes ((5)) days! When I called the first time to talk to her they didn't even know she was there they said she was discharge but she wasn't. Then when I found out she was having surgery I kept asking what time so I could make sure I was there nobody could tell me a time.They told me to call back Monday morning at 7 so I did and they still didn't know a time at 8am I called back and they said 11am so as I'm getting ready the hospital called me back at 9am and said they took her back to surgery at 8:30!! I couldn't even tell my grandma I love her before surgery! And then when I finally get here the nurse gave me the wrong room and the wrong directions and on top of all that her room was hot and dirty smh ��������
