I've made a purchase from this store 3 times. The customer service is not what I expect from a business. The same girl has been working each time I've visited the store over a period of 6 months. There's always a second worker as well. They ask if you need help, but are not very friendly. They also don't really seem knowledgable about hair. I pretty much had to figure things out on my own. After this third experience, I definitely won't be going back. I needed to make an exchange because after buying the hair, I went home and read some consitently bad reviews about how the hair I bought was fine until washed. The hair was also said to shed a lot. When I went back, the girl who was working told me you aren't suppose to wash the hair. REALLY!!!! There are instructions on how to wash the hair on the package. The hair was also overpriced. It was on sale for 29.99 (originally 59.99). I know stores mark their merchandise up to make a profit, but I was able to find it online for 19.99. So even their sale price was overpriced. I was able to make an exchange, but the customer service did not meet my expectations and I won't be going back.

The business is bad,okay they have a senser at the door soon as you walk in or what ever its called,after you done shopping that it goes off and everybody comes running to the front saying I wanna check your purse,but you don't have anything it is so embarrassing i will never go in that store again prices are good but not the people.Ill give it a 1 for prices and sales
