I really am happy with the customer service I got even during these hard economic times. the representative was so patient and understanding even offered me solutions that could help my family and I maintain our service at during these times. They are very attentive. Even by phone now :)

I called store manager Gerald about a phone issue he tried to assist me via phone but suggested that I come in so that he could better help. Once I made my way to store I was greeted by salesperson the checked me in I asked for him. They went to get him but he was on lunch nonetheless he came right out to me we were there for a couple hours he and repair tech were troubleshooting it. By the time I left they had my phone working like new even gave me a bill credit for my wait I love this company even when I'm elsewhere I only give my business to them... They get a10 from my family

Excellent customer service .... District Manager (Neyt) and staff went above and beyond to equip our company with devices and accessories. They came to us and worked diligently to ensure we were st up.. No wait time and fun interaction... these reps and mangers at Wireless Comm are commendable but they do have great direction Thumbs up Guys. Thanks Thom T.C Construction
