Dressing Dreams is amazing. Their staff is so friendly and very helpful. The dress my daughter decided on was a Sherri Hill with lots of rhinestones and sequins, and of course they kept falling off. We had a friend pick up the dress and when another friend was looking at we noticed somethings that needed to be fixed on it, this wa the day before Prom. I called Dressing Dreams and I was pushed to get the dress back to them for the sewing repairs since I didn’t get off work until later Friday evening. The owners son said he would be coming to get the dress take it back and fix it and then drive it back to us that night. When he arrived at my work he brought his mom(which is the owner) with him to see if she could fix the dress there. She used our board room in my office and spread the dress out and went to repairing missing rhinestone and sequins. She asked if my daughter could come get it on and make sure everything was right. When my daughter got to my work we went to zip the zipper and it would not zip because it had been cut at some point. The owner then said they had no choice but to take it back to Hartwell Ga and put a new zipper in, and they would bring it back to us the next morning(day of Prom) by noon. At 11:50 Saturday morning I got a call from the owners son saying that he was on his way. When he got there my daughter tried on the dress again and it was “perfect”. Thanks a million for going the extra mile. You just don’t get customer service like this very often in today’s world.

I am so happy I was able to find the perfect dress!! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right. I had a hard time finding a dress to fit me because I’m a plus size bride and I didn’t want bridal. They made it happen...accessories and all. I was looking all in the surrounding cities, and everything I needed was right here in Hartwell! Dressing Dreams just earned a loyal customer. 🤩💃🏽
