I will NEVER return to this dentist. Where do I begin? They definitely look for ways to make money off you and they expect their money asap. Once you get your teeth cleaned, they automatically tell you EVERYTHING that is wrong with your teeth and want you to hastily make a decision to set an appointment and get it fixed. I don't particularly care for the atmosphere in there, either, plus the parking area is so cramped. When Dr. Smith told me I had 4 cavities, I looked at him in astonishment and was like, "really?" He then just stared back at me like I was stupid instead of trying to explain it and show me the actual x-rays. When I did come back (BAD MISTAKE!) to get prepared for a crown and 2 fillings, some other dentist was there and did it. He was pretty nice. But when I returned a few weeks later to get the crown put on, Dr. Smith did it. (By the way, I wasn't even able to eat on the side that I was getting the crown on because it hurt when I chewed. I knew I had made a big mistake then!) He came in like he was in a hurry. He didn't even SHOW me the new crown so I could see what was going in my mouth. The nurse that was helping always seemed like she didn't really know what she was doing either. Now it is a little over 3 weeks since I got the crown and my mouth is still sensitive on that side. I don't know if it'll ever be right and if I'll ever be able to feel like my mouth is normal again. I will NEVER return to this dentist. Matter of fact, I'm going back to my original dentist and see what they think about this work. If something is wrong, Dr. Smith and his staff will be hearing from me!
