The Baymont Inn & Suites was constructed in 1996 and remodeled in 2009. The hotel was previously the Heritage Inn & Suites and was sold in the spring of 2017, in which the new owners decided to take it franchise and it is now know as the Baymont Inn & Suites under the Wyndham brand.
