If I could I'd give them a minus 10 rating.

They charged me almost $200 to ship my 60 Inch Sony TV to Texas from Illinois and slightly damaged it, picked it back up to 'inspect' the damage and tore it up even more, then charged me another $98 to ship it back to me in pieces. They claimed it needed to be in a double walled box. . it was. and the burst rate for the edges was for an item way over the actual rate. And they don't give a crap.

After the fact I saw that they do this a lot and no one holds them accountable.

This place is a joke. Customer service stinks. I hate when a company uses UPS to ship me something. I always use the post office with much better success and customer service.

Wish I could give them minus 10 also because the facility is not open on Saturday for customer pick up, how many Ppl miss deliveries on Fridays & now your package is stuck in facility till Monday. I see most reviews are rated 1 for worst & many reported thief, the U.P.S corporation doesn't investigate so that means they allow this
