Great food fast service loved it

Wow! Where to start... Service was a mixed bag and the food was poor at best. Both my wife and I were disappointed with our respective meals.

Our waitress, Nicol B (This is the name as shown on our receipt), was nice personally. This is the only thing I can say was good about our dinning experience. For someone that said that she had worked for several years at IHOP she didn't seem to know much about the menu. We asked what kind of salad came with our dinners. She said no salad came with the dinner. We had to show her the menu before she would finally admit that salads came with the menu. Then she said that the only kind of salad dressing that IHOP had was ranch. After I asked her to check she came back to the table and said that IHOP had Italian, Honey Mustard, and Ranch. This is the way our dinner went.

The food was bad, almost terrible. Neither of us could finish our meals. Ever package of crackers I opened was extremely stale. My turkey was freezer burned and the dressing was rubbery and unpalatable. My mashed potatoes were runny. My wife barely ate any of her tasteless chicken.
