Provided by YP.comI recently purchased my GTO from out of state. I've tried a couple of places thinking maybe they knew how to maintain my GTO. It wasn't until I made an appointment with Lesson Chevrolet and noticed how focused they were on their customers. I was treated with A++ service and they were very knowledgeable with the maintenance on my GTO. I want to thank Mr. Clay and the rest of the crew for a job well done. I look forward to future services.

Provided by YP.comI had my truck towed there Thursday morning at 11:00 and they supposedly started looking at it around 2:30. I didn't get a call back till Friday at 8:00 am and they said it starts now and is ready to pick up. So went to pick it up and didn't even get half way home when it killed on Belle Chasse hwy. Called Lesson and told them I broke down so they sent a tow truck at no cost and and and a person from the dealer picked me up and brought me home. Here it is Saturday morning still without a vehicle. I think I should have gotten a rental/loaner car since they screwed up.

Provided by YP.comI've purchased two cars in the past years from Leson and the customer service is the best around. The management are attentive and the salesmen friendly and knowledgeable. I won't take my care anywhere else but here for service and maintenance...the mechanics will tell you if you need something replaced or repaired, yet also tell you that you really don't need something that you are questioning...if that's the case. The complete store is laid back in that they don't pressure you; they give you the information and realize that you are competent to make a decision on your own with the information they've given you. This type of dealership is far and few between. I'm not one to take the time to sign up and type a post, but when I read the negative post on here...could not close this site until I posted a fair and balanced response.

Provided by YP.comThe service department is terrible. They sent me back out on the road after I insisted that something was wrong. My truck was not running on all cylinders, even I knew that, but they said "oh it's just running rough". It took three days for them to come to that conclusion. Of course a couple days later the truck starting stalling out was running on only two cylinders. I spent a Saturday afternoon broke down on the expressway. When I brought it back to the Lesson to have the spark plugs and wires replaced they called me two days later claiming I needed to come in and pick up the truck and have it vacuumed because of the sunflower seeds and a french fry on the dash. I haven't eaten a french fry in over a decade. The girls behind the desk are all very efficient and professional but the mechanics and management are insane, unprofessional and incompetent. I have never heard of a mechanic calling somebody and telling them they had to vacuum up sunflower seeds in order for them to replace spark plugs. These people are nuts.
