We the McClouds was referred to Charles Parham, Max Mortgage LLC, from a good friend. In the beginning we were interested in a reverse mortgage, we met with Charles & with the research we found that a reverse mortgage wasn't in our best interest, so then he gave us the details on Refinance which was in our interest, Charles was knowledgeable in both the Reverse mortgage & refinance, he did all the research; all we needed to do was come in & ask questions. Charles is also an outstanding communicator, he was able to communicate with my husband man-to-man & he was also able to communicate with me man-to-woman which meant I understood the whole process of refinancing. Charles is very knowledgeable & all areas of mortgage, he did a complete research on any question we had, he conduct himself in a Professional manner @ all times; he is a very please young man to be around, my husband & I was very please on all appointment with him, @ the end of the whole transaction of refinancing, My husband & I came out on TOP, we The McClouds would refer Charles Parham Max Mortgage LLC to all of our friends & family, because Charles is the best in his field.
