Never make a purchase using a debit or credit card at Sally's. I purchased a hair dryer w/an extended warranty using my debit card. I lost my wallet about a week later and had replacement cards issued. I attempted to return the dryer for a refund and was told because the card was closed I needed to obtain a police report in order for them to place the refund on the replacement card. My name is printed on the receipt and the replacement card. I also presented them my DUPLICATE drivers license and was still refused a cash refund. I'm not certain management knows the return policy because he later told me to get something from the bank stating the card was closed and replaced with a new one and he would then apply it to the card. Sally's is requiring a lot for a $63.00 refund.
