Simply the best tailoring and dry cleaning experience in the area. I have been satisfied with all the services, including expert tailoring, they have provided. I have provided them with complicated clothing fixes (shortening sleeves to bringing in shoulders), and it always turns out much better than expected. I have been going there for years.

My only complaint is that they provide parking in front; it can get a bit dicey, as a bottled water store is in the same mall. Their customers park anywhere, making parking tough, especially on a Saturday.

After my experience today, I have to say I am disappointed. The items I had dry cleaned and hemmed were perfect- no complaints. However, I was incorrectly charged $230 on my debit card. Instead of voiding or trying to fix it right away, I was charged another $23. I was told to return 2 hours later so the problem could be fixed, and the only solution was to refund me $230. When I told the manager I should be refunded both amounts because of the trouble I had gone through, he refused. Customers are always right! I was incorrectly charged additional money, had to return 2 hours later and now my bank will be hitting my account with overage charges. I should have been returned the additional $23 for my inconvenience!! Accidents are ok, but I should have been compensated or credited something more for my troubles.
