The Va. Made me an appointment with this clinic and I was very impressed with the facility and how great the doctor was that took care of me I highly recommend Joy Family Eye Care .

The glasses purchase alone was $682.60. They did not make it a full year when I took them in due to cracks in the lenses around the drill mounts. Got remade. I think everything is great until 6 months goes by and those same cracks are showing up. By 8 months they fall apart into my hands. Each of my glasses never even made it a year. I told them for $682.60 just for the glasses, they really should last longer than that. So when I take in for warranty repair they tell me they can not do anything for me. I ask about the harder lens and that is when I am told I never got the harder lens. I did let them know I was not happy, and to be sure to let the owner know that I am in search of a good resolution. 2 days later, owner calls and offers $50 off if I buy new glasses from them. They made lots of money on me and my family, but then lost us as customers for not having good care after the sale.
