I would drive the 10 extra miles to go to the one located in Cottage Grove over "settling" on the one in Hastings.. The service was HORRIBLE. I am not a fan of Mexican food and yes, I am a very PICKY eater... Not my fault, however, my Husband and Son enjoy it. So after dining at the one in Cottage Grove with some of my co-workers and them allowing my to order a cheeseburger off the kids menu, and I must say was great and made up for it by giving a 40% tip to the server, I thought it would be nice to go here to the one in Hastings as I knew I could order american and my family could eat the Mexican Entrees'.. NOPE!!!!!! The server wouldn't allow me to order from the children's menu and told me it's for children.. By the way, NO american food on the menu except under the children's menu. He let me sit with NO FOOD while my four family members ate their dinner!!!!! JERK, then he brings the bill with totals over $65.00 and so my husband hands him our check card in which he replies "our credit card machine is down, can you pay by check or cash?" REALLY!!!!! you couldn't put a sign on the door??? Guess not!!! He earned his tip tonight which my husband gave him as he handed over the check, "Next Time Give A Person What They Order!!" and yes, I am a former server myself, and usually I am sure to Tip VERY well... but not this place!!!! SERVICE IS CRAP!!!!!!!
