It was fairly good, but somewhat disappointing. The design and style of the store was well done and comfortable. The drinks are done well; but the large display menu could use an easier view to selecting, or sorting the type of drink. However, the workers at the time were very rude to few customers. The environment went downhill from nice to unpleasant, when the worker made the cafe of 16 give her (and the other) a look of shock... Why? For loudly disrespecting customers for loitering when they did not loiter (a drink was there), having no manners for the customers in their voices, and even forcing the customers out with almost no time to pack up their belongings... I assume the other workers are with more manners and intelligence and the environment is much nicer from what I have heard.
