$400 per month plus electric, concrete patios with picnic table full hookups, open all year. 20 minutes from grand island. surrounded by corn fields. owner is nice but very busy. grounds keeper lives in the park and also is very nice and knowledgeable of area and some rv maintenance problems. I had a great stay and recommend to anyone.

Beware if you are allergic to mold. It is everywhere here. All showers are molded and rundown. Terrible place to stay. Someone should call the health department to check this place out. I suggest you bypass this place until the problem is fixed. Rent is high for what you get. Stay somewhere else if possible.
