All adult applicants must pass criminal, credit and landlord background checks, fall within the low income guidelines and must be eligible to get electric in their own name. Applications can be picked up 24/7 at the front door of the office in the “help-yourself” box OR at the office during regular hours. Applications are housed first-come-first-served….
