I brought my cat in for a grooming last week he was 17 years old but in descent shape and fred called me saying he had died after bathing him 3 fuckin times are you kidding me don't go to him to many bad stories I'm devastated I can't believe it

I've been using as the fur Flies for 15 Years! I know that the owner Fred is a fanatical Animal Lover, he takes great pride in his work! He cares about people and Animals, over the years I have brought over 4 different dogs to him on a monthly basis, and have referred dozens of friends who also feel the same!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! He doesn't even deserve a star but i can't write this review without leaving one! This business has killed 4 dogs!!!! This person is a monster!!!! I don't know how he is still in business!!! I know someone who was a groomer & knows of people with horror stories from here!!! Their dogs are traumatized of brushes because they were beaten with a brush here! Another dog had hand prints on its body after leaving here from being beaten so badly!!! PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! GET HIM SHUT DOWN!!!

I have a strong pit mix who knows how to use his strength to his advantage and it is hard to clip his black nails with unuaslly long quicks. Our first two groomers rejected him saying his quicks were too long and he's too squirmy (not aggressive at all!), the third groomer at petco we tried was AMAZING with my dog, she clipped his nails no issue and asked me what was wrong, it was a happy year, my dog LOVED her, unfortunately she moved out of state and so the search for a good nail clipper person continues.

So I come to this place, they suggested to use the nail grinder and I agreed as I heard it is easier and does not hurt. My dog was FREAKING out, he was soo petrified the big guy practically sat on him and my dog in fright did try to nip at him a little. I knew something was wrong but thought maybe we were both just overexagerating but I had them stop after 2 paws. We got in the car, we went to the park, I noticed his nails were nice and short.. and BLEEDING! About 4 of them wouldnt stop bleeding, they grinded my dogs nails to the point of them bleeding, no wonder he tried biting the guy, I wanted to rip the guys head off! And he was lucky he was handling my well natured pit bull and not me I would've killed him. It is true what they say, if you think pit bulls are scary don't even think about messing with their owners when it comes to their dogs! I can't imagine how much a nail quick being grinded down hurts and I felt soo guitly taking him to that horrible place. I know some dog owners freak out if their dog is a little uncomfortable but I learned my leasson, if your gut is telling you something is wrong stand up and fight for your pet! I'm glad I did and at least stopped them from butchering his other 2 paws although they insisted on it. I know with the right dog groomer my dog is practically an angel, and this place is obviously not the right place.

I cant believe the horrible job done on my dog. Had take to vet. What a dirty store and ignorant owner. never going back. Hope no one else goes to this dirty store. there are cleaner ones with friendly and competent staff.
