I hired Mike Deleone in July 2016 to install a paver patio after getting estimates from several contractors. Mike was knowledgeable and assured me that he stood behind his work. Three days after completion of the job, it rained and the back corner of the patio flooded due to an apparent issue with the grading. I contacted Mike immediately and he assured me that he would come out to correct the issue. To date, I have called Mike, attempted to contact him through his website, and sent him at least 9 text messages. He originally assured me that he would come out to fix the flooding issue, but he has not returned any contact since November 2016. My paver patio continues to get a large puddle of standing water every time it rains. At this point, I can only assume that he is not going stand behind his work as he stated.
