Unfortunately, I have had to take two cars here in the past few months. One car needed a lot of paint work after running through a chain in a parking lot, and another was a rollover. I am a supervisor of Customer Service, and am blown away by the service provided here. The individuals I worked with here were professional, helpful, honest and most importantly, stood behind their work. This is rare in this business. When you're in an accident you need someone you can trust and handle everything for you, and O'Neils does exactly that. Overall great experience, and wouldn't take a car anywhere else.

Had my HHR repaired in 2 days -- did a great job and everyone was exceptional. The color matching was spot on and provided a rental picked up there and dropped back off there -- they made everything easy.

Do not take your vehicle to these butchers, run away! My new car warranty repair was to take four days maximum, it took thirteen! The car was returned in filthy condition and missing parts. Two months later the paint they applied turned white and I have to deal with this again.



These guys made no apoligies for the ridiculous delays and at the very least are incompetent.
