I chose a color from the wheel labeled "mood", thinking that all colors on that wheel were color changing. Upon leaving I realized my color remained dark and did not turn light when warm. I went back to complain and received no apology, the front desk man simply said "not all colors on that wheel are mood", to which I said "then it shouldn't be labeled "mood" because that is misleading". Additionally there were nail polish smudges along the sides of nearly all my fingers and I had to ask the manicurist to fix my cuticle lines or they would have been sloppy looking. Overall not satisfied.

In my opinion this place is disgusting. I bought a one month unlimited tanning package. Room was dirty, had water damage on the ceiling and had mold from the water damage!



I asked to be refunded and was told. "We no do that" and they hung up on me.

My nails have never looked so good. everybody is so nice and friendly. couldn;t find a better place.
