I go to Mai's every 2 weeks with pictures of fancy nail designs I find on Pinterest and she always makes it look just like the pictures. She does excellent nail designs as she is very good with detail. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. Every time I go I get tons of compliments on my nail designs because of Mai!

Mai is a remarkable woman. Her knowledge of skin and health care is exceptional. I have known her for many years and she is always teaching me something. That being said she also gives me the best pedicure I have experienced. She has exfoliated my legs with the lavender she grows herself and then uses in the foot bath. Hot rocks applied to legs and feet finish the perfect pedicure.



The the final treat is a massage by Doan. I do not often treat myself to a massage but Doan's is the best. She deeply penetrates but without the intensity of some. Her massage is luscious and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about her work.



I highly recommend this spa, so far number one in my book.

I went to Mai's for the first time last weekend. In the last few days I have told everyone about them! They were wonderful! The above reviews were so accurate and I will be a definite customer from now on. They were professional, clean and very friendly. In comparison to other salons in Hatboro, there really was no comparison.

I've started going to Mai's a few months ago, I live very close by. The first impression was great - very clean, bright, great size so it's very pleasant to just be there. But what kept me coming back is the quality of the service.

I started having monthly facials (3 so far) there because it is affordable with a repeat plan they have. Each time I got great information for my skin, how to treat the different areas with different issues, how to balance, for example, the need for sunscreen with my skin's intolerance, etc. All this is not canned information, she really pays attention to how the skin changed, etc. It seems hard to get across, but it's this attention to my issues and not to a generic face/skin that I like.

I’ve also been happy with the eyebrow jobs done. In most other places I’ve tried over the years, it doesn’t matter what I say, I still end up with my eyebrows thinned up too much. She listened and did a good job (once not as great, but much better than I’ve got in a long time elsewhere).

Finally I like the combo of friendliness - I was recognized as return very soon - without trying to be cheesy. This is obviously a personal preference, but sometimes I want private times when I can think, and not feel compelled to chit-chat (but have the opportunity if I'm in the mood :) I found it very relaxing and easy to be there. Overall I am very happy that I found Mai's and would really like to see them do well.



The part above was written 5/11, now on 1/12 I can add that I've been there consistantaly there for my eyebrows - always came out as I like them. I've also heard great things from a couple of neighbors, so now there is a little community following that they have on our block :)

Mai's is the best kept secret in Hatboro - if you want a manicure and pedicure that's relaxing and meticulously done, this is your place. The salon is peaceful and clean, and the people are the friendliest you'll ever find. And splurge on a spa service - the facials are the best I've had, anywhere! I'd recommend them to anyone!
