My friend and I went back to the salon because the first time we went we thought was a wonderful service by Sandra and Emily.

But in this time we had a really bad experience there. The bad service by June Smith made me fell so upset and don't want come back there again.

She start to treat me so bad when I said i had coupon from Groupon.com, she washed my hair with cold water, charge me 10 dollars saying was because a have long length, but It was included in my coupon to wash and dry my hair, they should tell me when i called there before to make the appointment about charge for long length. Speaking about the appointment, we called to do mine and my friend`s appointment, and they didn't have my friends name at the appointment book.

June was keeping telling me she was a experienced professional, but she was keeping pulling my hair so hard, so interesting so ask about my personal life and never forgetting about my Groupon coupon.
