My car was hit while parked 7/26 and after I got off the phone with the insurance company I called around and this place happened to be open. I called they said it should be no problem with getting the estimate that day so I went in. Once I get there the story changes and he is really busy and will get to it Monday morning. After sitting in their so-called office looking at the heap of trash/papers (some even turned yellow they have been there so long) and the inch of dust I can tell I don't want my car to be fixed here. Regardless, I called Monday around 11:30 am to see if he had gotten to it, and to my surprise it had not been but he assured me that it would be done shortly and he would call me once he emailed me the estimate. Needless to say, it's 5:40 pm and I have received no call or estimate. I have already called another place up the street for an appointment tomorrow. Thanks for making my already bad experience even worse with your lack of service.
