They sent Brandon out to fix our pool heater and the technician did a good job. However, their billing person, Mary Lou, decided to arbitrarily charge $560.71 to my credit card 2 days later without my consent. I have not yet received the invoice for the service rendered since it was done very recently and never authorized the charge. She needs to understand that there's a thing called "Due Process" and I am not paying any amount without seeing the invoice. Their technicians are competent but this woman is rude and a complete idiot. I plan to pay for the service and parts once they have sent me the invoice but want nothing to do with them in the future.
