I went to Allbritton's based on their sterling reputation with those in the community that perform outdoor work commercially. Was impressed initially by their knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, the customer service experience was a nightmare. I took a chainsaw in for servicing. It was there for weeks. Allbritton's could never provide a coherent status update or time frame on when the repair would be completed. I was repeatedly told it was on the bench (next up for servicing). I eventually became fed up and took my business to another small engine repair place in town. The issue was resolved the same day. The best advise I can give is do your research before coming here. You'll find that there's a big difference between the customer service experience of little guy customers as opposed to commercial customers.
